Wild Iris Flower Farm is a small, family-run farm rooted in seasonal beauty and thoughtful, hands-on work. We grow designer-quality cut flowers using sustainable, regenerative practices, with a focus on local growing, minimal chemicals, and working in rhythm with the seasons. For us, farming is about more than flowers. It’s about connection to the land, our community, and each other. We value honesty, kindness, craftsmanship, curiosity, and showing up with intention.

We’re looking to grow our small team with reliable, thoughtful people who enjoy physical work, don’t mind getting their hands dirty, and appreciate the magic of working outdoors with flowers.

WEEKEND SUPPORT

Farmers Market & Event Support

We’re seeking weekend help to support our farmers market presence and flower truck events. This role includes:

Assisting with market setup and breakdown
Helping customers select bouquets and arrangements
Handling basic sales and transactions
Keeping displays tidy and welcoming
Representing Wild Iris Flower Farm with warmth and professionalism

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an eye for presentation, and feels comfortable in a customer-facing role.

PART-TIME WEEKDAY

Farm & Design Support

We’re also looking for part-time weekday help for on-farm tasks, which may include:

Harvesting and processing flowers
Bouquet making and light floral design work
Cleaning, organizing &v tracking supplies
Weeding, planting, watering, and general farm maintenance
Helping with seasonal projects as needed

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys physical work, can follow direction while also working independently, and appreciates the quiet rhythm of farm life.
