About our Flower Truck

Elle is our beautiful baby blue 1961 Volkswagen single cab truck. Named in honor of my children, she came out east via Colorado and was restored and repurposed by my husband into a flower truck. The first of her kind in our area, you can find her out and about at local pop-up markets and storefronts or depending on our availability she is available for rent for private events in Westchester and Fairfield counties. We stock her with our homegrown blooms and offer a unique, therapeutic build-your-own-bouquet experience.

What’s Included in Your Booking

Every booking includes everything you need for a joyful, flower-filled experience:

• A curated selection of seasonal blooms and greenery

• Signature white vintage display buckets, snips, wraps, ribbon, stickers and all necessary floral supplies

• Setup and teardown by our team

• Friendly Wild Iris Florista to help guide guests through the build-your-own-boquets process

• Custom signage and styling touches to match the event asthetics

Build-Your-Own Bouquet Options

Guests can create their own take-home bouquet in one of two sizes:

• Standard Handheld Bouquet – includes 10 premium floral stems plus fresh greenery

• Petite Handheld Posy – includes 5 premium floral stems plus fresh greenery

About the Florals:

We thoughtfully select a mix of seasonal, farm-grown blooms in a curated color palette to create a beautiful, cohesive display. While we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests, flower varieties and colors depend on what’s blooming at the time of your event. We work with what’s in season and at its best—trust us, it’ll be gorgeous! Customizations above and beyond our farm's blooms may incur an additional fee.

Pricing & Booking Details

Private event packages begin at $1,495. Final pricing depends on guest count, location, and the experience you choose.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak flower season (spring–fall).

Travel is included within 15 miles of Ridgefield, CT; additional fees may apply outside that radius.

Personalize Your Event

Looking to elevate your event even more? We offer a variety of optional add-ons, including:

• Additional floral stems

• Extended time on-site

• Branded stickers, tags, or bouquet wraps

• Event design, floral arrangements & floral installations (an arch or crown for Elle or anything you can dream up!)

Need-to-Know Details

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can tailor the flower count and setup based on your guest list—just let us know your headcount!

What do I need to provide?

Just a flat surface for setup and access to parking if you’re booking the flower truck. We’ll take care of the rest.

What if it rains?

We’ll bring a backup plan or tent setup—or if you’re hosting indoors, we can transition the bloom bar inside.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?

We work with what’s in season and locally available through our farm, so we can’t guarantee specific varieties or colors. That said, we’re happy to take your preferences into account and do our best to create something that complements your event.

How long does the Flower Truck stay at my event?

Most events last about 2 hours, but we can adjust the timing to fit your needs. Additional time can be added for an extra charge.

Do you offer corporate or brand activations?

Yes—we love working with businesses for client appreciation, grand openings, product launches, and more. Reach out and let’s create something custom for your brand!

    We’ll help you customize your experience—from bouquet sizes and color palettes to add-ons like custom wraps or signage. We’ll also go over logistics and setup so you feel confident and excited. Once everything looks perfect, we’ll send over a booking proposal and contract.

    Once your date is reserved with a 50% deposit, we take it from there! We will confirm guest count and details two weeks prior. Then on the day of your event, we’ll arrive early to set up and create a beautiful, welcoming, truly unique floral experience your guests will love.
