How It Works
Inquire
Tell us about your wedding by completing our online inquiry form. We will look over the details, confirm our availability, and send you our pre-booking questionnaire to get to know you better.
Inquire
You've now had a chance to review the first draft of your proposal and it's time to fine-tune some of the details. This will get the proposal to a place where you are happy + comfortable to move forward with booking our services. An optional follow up call is available to discuss any details and changes.
Visualization
Between booking services and our final details meeting, you'll receive a customized visual flower proposal. This multi-page guide highlights your numerical estimate and features images of flower varieties and design inspiration we'll use to create your wedding flowers.
Best Day Ever
Our team will arrive on site and get to work on executing every detail with utmost care. If you booked a full service wedding we handle the delivery, set up, ceremony to reception transfers, and return for late-night breakdown and pick up of all of the rentals.
Questionnaire
You'll receive a detailed pre-booking questionnaire to complete, helping us ensure our values align and confirm if we're the right fit for you. From there, you can request our pricing guide or schedule a consultation to receive a personalized proposal for review.
Booking
Once you approve your estimate, we'll make it official by having you sign a service agreement and pay a booking retainer. We then lock in your date on our events calendar.

About six weeks before your wedding or celebration, we'll hold a final details meeting—either virtual or in person. During this time, we'll review your order, make any adjustments, and provide an updated invoice balance.

Packages + Pricing
For our custom, full-service wedding packages we require a $10,000 minimum floral investment.

Full Service Wedding Design
Our most popular package includes personal flowers, a ceremony arch, aisle flowers, and lush reception table designs for guest counts averaging 100-150. Other popular add-on items include bar arrangements, bud vases for cocktail hour, cake flowers and a simple seating chart escort display.
For this overall look, we recommend budgeting $10,000 - $15,000, or about $100 per guest.

Intimate Weddings & Events
Tailored to couples having an intimate event or micro wedding of 50 guests or less. We offer a seasonally curated, designers choice proposal including a bridal bouquet, small scale ceremony and reception arrangements. Available for a-la-carte pick up from the farm, or for an additional delivery & set up fee.
For this style of floral design we start bookings at $3,000.
We take only 10 full-service weddings per year, May through October, and we are mindful to work with couples that we feel are the best fit based on size, style, venue, and location.

What does it mean to design with local florals?
Designing seasonally is the best way to to get that natural, airy, organic style Wild Iris Is known for. Think peonies in the spring with other complimenting spring blooms and dahlias in the fall. We utilize what we grow first and then source from our neighboring flower farms. The other benefits when designing with local florals: it minimizes exposure to chemicals, they’re much more sustainable for the environment, buying local supports our farm and other local farmers and wholesalers, and most importantly they’re just SO much prettier!
Do you have a minimum booking?
Our full service wedding minimum is $10,000 before tax. Commonly, our clients spend between $10K - $15K (or an average of $100 per guest) to achieve the style and likeness we are known for. This average includes the cost of your wedding florals, small rentals, like candles, and the labour to produce, delivery, set up, transfers, and breakdown.
Do you take orders for other occasions?
We love requests for elopements and micro weddings, as well as other celebrations like baby and bridal showers, corporate parties, birthdays, and anniversaries! It is dependent upon our availability but we make every effort to accommodate small events. You may also Inquire about our a-la-carte design options or our bulk designer buckets.
